People ask what the daily rate covers. Here is the whole of it, with nothing held back for an invoice later.
We arrive and put it up
Our crew brings the balloon, the helium and the anchoring. They site it, fill it, tether it and check it before leaving.
You are not asked to provide power, water, a forklift or a member of staff. On most sites the whole thing takes under an hour.
We watch the weather
This is the part that quietly matters most. Wind over 25 mph is what takes balloons, and somebody has to be paying attention.
On a serviced day that is us. If it needs to come down, we come and bring it down, and you are not charged for a day it could not fly.
We take it away
At the end of the booking the crew returns, deflates, packs and removes everything. No cylinder left on your forecourt, no balloon to dry and store.
For a one-off opening or a weekend event this is usually the deciding factor rather than the price.
Billing
Billed the Monday after. No contract and no minimum commitment.
Weekends are billed as a Saturday-Sunday pair because the crew visit is the cost, not the day. Greater Phoenix and Tucson only; outside those areas the sensible option is to buy.
